G'day
         My background is Sculpture & Conceptual Art, followed by years in
ADP (Automatic Data Processing), IP (Information Processing) then finally AI
with Knowledge Engineer in the Public Service. I really enjoyed Philippe
Pasquier post, and would like to pick-up where he finished;-

Back in 1986 I was struggling with many similar question which I eventually
worked out in an essay that some of you may have already read as it was
include in the Pixxelpoint 2001 webshow. by the title "Aesthetics of
Computer Graphics"

In 2003 I re-jigged it so as to cover some of the insights I gained working
with AI, that version is on my website;-

since, it will still provide many classical positions
for folks new to these areas, issues.
