Luis,

I was interested to read about your piece The Shoemakers Ball, as where I
live (Williamsburg, NYC) we're seeing a lot of fetishization of the
industrial histories of converted warehouse buildings, as a way to add an
aura of authenticity to new apartments...

I remember this happening in London too. I've even seen artists, sad to say,
getting their work about industrial histories co-opted by property
developers, for similar purposes.

It's good to see someone addressing this subject and not being paid by a
condo developer!
